A Season for Reconnection

May often arrives with a quiet shift. The world around us leans toward fullness—trees leaf out, flowers bloom, and days stretch longer. For many, this season brings both hope and an ache: the desire to feel more connected… and noticing where disconnection has taken root.

This is a season that invites us to consider:

  • Where do I need to reconnect—with myself, with others, with what gives me life?

  • What relationships or practices have gone dormant that I want to gently tend back to health?

  • How might I create space for presence, even in small ways?

In coaching, we talk about alignment—bringing our choices and energy into harmony with what matters most. Reconnection is a form of alignment. Whether it's reaching out to an old friend, returning to a spiritual practice, or simply paying attention to our own needs, every small act of reconnection helps ground us amid the swirl of life.

As the days stretch on, may you find small but meaningful ways to lean back toward connection. There’s no need to rush or force it—just one step at a time, tending what matters. And in that steady tending, may you feel yourself more rooted, more whole, and more alive in this season of growth.

I wonder….
What is one relationship or practice that you want to nurture?
How might you take one small step toward it?
