GROUP COACHING
Group Coaching follows a cohort model. It is a time-bound coaching experience in community with others navigating similar questions of leadership, well-being, and life transition.
Group coaching offers a structured space to reflect, learn, and stay accountable to what you are noticing in your own life and work. Each cohort moves through a shared arc over a set period of time.
Group Coaching is for you if you are:
Seeking support in community rather than in individual coaching
Wanting structure and rhythm for reflection and attention
In a season of transition, discernment, or leadership strain
Looking for sustainable practices for well-being and leadership
Interested in learning alongside others with shared questions
What you can expect:
A defined cohort experience with a start and end date
Scheduled group coaching sessions
Guided reflection and practices between sessions
Space to listen, share, and learn from others in similar seasons
A balance of teaching, coaching conversation, and integration
This is not drop-in coaching or an open group. Each cohort is a committed container.
Previous cohorts have included:
-
RESTORE
a cohort experience for clergywomen addressing well-being and burnout
-
Flourish
cohorts contracted with Annual Conferences to support clergy and leaders within their connectional context
-
Renew & Restore
a cohort designed for those navigating seasons of recovery, reflection, and sustainability

1:1 Coaching
If you’re unsure whether group coaching or 1:1 coaching is the better fit, individual coaching may offer a more focused space for discernment.
